MISSION STATEMENT- Our goal is to work with our clients to create a project that fulfills their needs and wants through meticulous design, careful planning, and quality craftsmanship, while also delivering to them the best possible building experience before, during, and after construction.
LOCATION-Our office/shop is located on the shores of Lake Wisconsin between Lodi and Poynette, where we have been crafting custom built homes for our clients within a 20 mile radius.
QUALIFICATIONS-
•Education-Degreed in the field of Mechanical Engineering, our owner has the background knowledge necessary to design, plan, and build an affordable, quality built, energy efficient home using the latest cutting edge technology available.
•Training-Continuously training our staff in courses such as “Cutting Edge Framing and Air Sealing”, “Homes of the Future-Prospering by Building Green”, and “Uniform Dwelling Code” ensures that our practices and procedures are the most up to date available.
•Certifications-Whether it is our “Dwelling Contractor Certification”, “Dwelling Contractor Qualifying Certification”, or “Lead Safe Renovation Certification”, Custom Construction & Design, Inc. is a fully compliance State Certified home building firm.
•Memberships-Maintaining memberships in trade organizations such as the “Madison Area Builders Association”, “Wisconsin Builders Association”, and the “National Association of Home Builders” means we have pledged to bring honor and professionalism to our company and our industry.
•Government Involvements-Being active on the local Plan Commission and Architectural Review Committee means we have a good understanding of what local governments require of the variance process and of new construction projects.
GIVING BACK-We live where we build and we build where we live and giving back to our community is a responsibility we take very seriously at Custom Construction & Design, Inc.. Our hands on involvement with The Lake Wisconsin Lions Club, Dekorra Township, Lodi Township, and our support financially of Habitat for Humanity, Friends of the Fine Arts, Lodi Good Samaritan and a host of others is how we try to give back to our community.
